Kinetic Arm is a fast-growing, innovative company in the sports performance space. We’re now looking for a highly skilled Meta Advertising Manager to take our paid Meta campaigns to the next level. We’re seeking someone who has proven experience managing six-figure monthly ad budgets on Meta, understands how to scale efficiently, and knows how to gain traction in new verticals using data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities • Manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) with monthly budgets ranging from $50k–$150k+ • Create, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns for both prospecting and retargeting • Build advanced audience segments, including LALs using geofencing and customer data • Use historical data and AI tools to inform creative testing, AB splits, and scaling strategies • Identify opportunities to expand into new verticals and niches within the sports and active lifestyle markets • Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad content and iterate quickly • Track and report on key KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, MER) and campaign performance regularly • Stay ahead of Meta platform updates, creative trends, and algorithm changes What We’re Looking For • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads at scale (e-commerce required) • Direct experience managing $100K+ in monthly spend with high ROAS performance • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, geo-based targeting, and LTV-based strategy • Familiarity with leveraging tools like Meta Advantage+ Shopping, Campaign Budget Optimization, Conversion APIs, and pixel setups • Experience marketing to sports-related audiences (baseball, football, pickleball, etc.) for copy/creative and automation What You'll Gain • Opportunity to work with an innovative, mission-driven brand disrupting the sports performance space • A collaborative team environment with the chance to influence growth strategy and creative direction • Flexible work setup with room to grow into a long-term leadership role
