Meta Ads Manager for Ongoing Campaigns

We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for an experienced Meta Ads expert (Facebook & Instagram) to manage and optimize ongoing client campaigns. The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and creative, someone who can build full-funnel Meta ad campaigns that drive results and provide clear, actionable reporting for client-facing updates. Responsibilities: • Strategically plan, build, and manage Meta ad campaigns (traffic, conversion, lead gen, retargeting, etc.) • Conduct audience research and segmentation • Create and test ad variations while collaborating with our internal teams • Monitor performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize for results (ROAS, CPA, CPL, etc.) • Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure ad assets are on-brand and high-performing • Track conversions via Meta Pixel and Events Manager, and use GA4 or third-party analytics for deeper insights • Provide clear, branded monthly reports and recommendations
