About Us

AP Remodeling is a boutique design-build general contractor based in Culver City, specializing in custom home builds, interior remodels, and ADUs for homeowners across Los Angeles. We're growing, and we're looking for a skilled Meta Ads Manager to own our paid advertising and help more local homeowners discover our work.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns — and potentially Google Ads — with a focus on generating high-quality, local leads. This is a role for someone who's data-driven, knows what converts, and can turn ad spend into real results (not just clicks).

Responsibilities

Plan, build, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)Develop and test ad creative, copy, and audience targetingOptimize campaigns for quality lead generation and cost-per-leadManage budgets and allocate spend effectivelyTrack, analyze, and report on campaign performanceCollaborate with our marketing team to keep messaging on-brandStay current on paid social best practices and platform changesBONUS: Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns

Qualifications

3+ years of proven experience managing Meta ad campaignsStrong track record of generating quality leads and measurable ROIProficiency in Meta Ads Manager (Google Ads experience a plus)Data-driven, analytical, and detail-orientedStrong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion trackingSelf-directed, organized, and results-focusedExperience in home services, real estate, construction business is a strong plusMust be authorized to work in the U.S.
