You'll own and scale paid social for this specific e-commerce account, responsible for the full lifecycle of their Meta campaigns: strategy, build, launch, optimization, and reporting. Plan, build, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for a single niche client accountOwn budget allocation, bidding strategy, and audience targeting to hit ROAS and CAC goalsDevelop testing frameworks for creative, audiences, placements, and offersPartner with our creative team on ad concepts, briefs, and iterationManage the full funnel, prospecting through retargetingMonitor performance daily and report on KPIs with clear, actionable insightsStay current on Meta platform changes, tracking/attribution best practices, and policy updatesWhat We're Looking For 3+ years managing Meta ad campaigns, ideally for e-commerce / DTC brandsProven track record of profitably scaling spend and improving ROASStrong command of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, the Pixel/Conversions API, and audience setupComfortable working with Shopify and reading e-commerce performance dataSolid creative instincts, you can look at an ad and know why it will or won't workAnalytical, organized, and able to communicate results in plain languageSelf-directed and reliable in a fast-paced environmentNice to Have
