Ad Campaign Strategist This role is ideal for individuals with 2+ years of experience in managing large-scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. Key Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, managing daily budgets to maximize ROI, conducting A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting, and collaborating with creative teams to develop engaging ad content. The ideal candidate will be highly responsive and proactive, collaborative and easy to work with across teams, efficient, organized, and detail-oriented, an independent self-starter who takes ownership of results, and constantly curious and eager to learn. Requirements include: • 2+ years of experience in managing large-scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns • Strong understanding of paid media KPIs • Excellent English communication skills
