Key Responsibilities Build and launch campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, implementing audience targeting and conversion tracking Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising guidelines and conduct quality assurance on campaign assets Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with teams to optimize and report on outcomes Required Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager in a high-volume advertising environment Strong knowledge of the Meta Platform; experience in healthcare / wellness is a plus Proven success in meeting or exceeding campaign performance targets Proficiency in tracking implementation, including Meta Pixel and UTM tagging Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
