The Advertising Manager is responsible for the operational management of all advertising programs including new product development and enhancements to existing programs and vendor relations. (10%) • Ensure that all advertising and marketing programs are being adequately promoted in all communication mediums to the sales associates and consumers. • Follow the company HR Policy, the Code of Business Conduct and all subsidiary and department policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company information, attending work punctually and regularly, and following good safety practices in all activities. Knowledge and Skills: • Strong personal computer skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and Word. • Project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
