The role involves developing and executing methods of predicting and confirming the impact of constantly evolving measurement plans, applying basic and sophisticated computational, statistical, and modeling techniques in support of decision-making to drive key performance indicators, and developing and presenting insights to leadership and key business stakeholders. The position also serves as an analytics leader by educating and coaching direct and indirect team members as appropriate. Responsibilities • Own analytics relationship with media agency, fostering and influencing a culture of continuous improvement and driving positive value creation. • Connect media partners with internal data through tagging/APIs and partner with internal and external analytics vendors to identify appropriate data sources and measure project success. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Analytics or related quantitative field (Required) • 4-6 years of relevant experience (Required) • 1-3 years of people leadership experience (Required) • Familiarity with and understanding of linear and digital environments (high proficiency) • Experience with digital media platforms (Trade Desk, DV360, SA360, Facebook/Instagram, etc.)
