The successful candidate will primarily work remotely, but will be able to use our offices in downtown San Francisco, California as needed. Kronenberger Rosenfeld is a boutique San Francisco based law firm, which focuses on litigation and marketing compliance issues in the internet context. On the advertising compliance side, we advise clients on online marketing programs, email and telemarketing campaigns, and internet privacy issues. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: • JD from a top tier law school; • Active admission to the bar of a U.S. State; • At least 3 years of litigation experience at a mid- or large-sized firm in a significant legal market; • Experience in all aspects of federal litigation; • Experience in intellectual property legal matters; and • Experience in advertising law / FTC compliance and defense is not required but would be helpful.
