****Cook, Retail Foods - $15.22 per hour minimum plus generous benefits Middlebury College is looking for a Retail Food Cook to prepare a variety of menu items for service following established preparation guidelines using a griddle, char broiler, deep fat fryer and pizza oven to prepare food to order within forecasted and planned amounts. This positon will complete all assigned work ensuring high quality and timely meal preparation and following all standards of quality and sanitation; will prepare food products in customer service areas serving and interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, and will assist members of the culinary team with executing meal service.
