Missing Link is a 100% worker-owned bicycle sales and repair shop, located in downtown Berkeley since 1973. It's also a great way to learn the ins and outs of the bike industry, and be part of a 50-year co-op legacy here in the East Bay. While we will consider any applicant who seems like a great cultural fit, we are currently prioritizing hiring in the following areas: Bicycle/parts and accessories sales: Workers with professional sales floor experience will be strongly considered. Any organized and motivated people-person with the vision to see how things can grow and change, and the willingness to implement those changes while working as part of a team, is a strong candidate. Members and member candidates all work at least one weekend day.
