We are looking for a Marketing & Analytics Strategist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for strategy, media buying, and media planning for our clients across B2B, destination, arts, entertainment, and education verticals. At every juncture, you'll work closely with other members of the Mission team to achieve (and celebrate!) satisfying and successful results. This position is in our office in Baltimore, MD Tuesday through Thursday with two hybrid days a week on Monday and Friday.Job Responsibilities:Research, plan and prepare media strategies for clients, both digital and traditionalConduct media buying and planning across digital and traditional channelsBuild, launch & optimize paid marketing campaignsManage day-to-day updates of campaignsCollaborate with account management, project management, design, and development teams to ensure effectiveness across all aspects of the digital marketing projectsComplete campaign reports providing valuable data on conversions and KPIs along with recommendations for updates and future campaignsPresent strategies, performance updates, and reports to clientsJob Requirements:3-5 years of experience developing marketing strategies and executing media buying and planning3-5 years of experience building, managing and reporting on paid campaignsExperience with a Programmatic DSP, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.
