Mobile Home Community Property Manager

We are looking for a Community Manager who has just the right balance of management ability, sales skills, and great customer service. An equally important part of your job is to generate new revenue through leasing of lots and sales of our homes. If you like the idea of helping to upgrade, build, and maintain a community, and you have the right qualifications and background, we want to talk with you! As a Community Manager, you have responsibility for the operation of your community and will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for residents. • Ensure residents receive the highest levels of service • Handle and resolve resident/customer service issues in a timely and professional manner • Maintain property to ensure it looks its best at all times • Develop a marketing strategy and maintain effective advertising to attract prospective residents to community • Market lots, new & preowned home, and coordinate the entire process through move-in • Manage the rent collection process, including filing to collect on delinquent debts • Oversee the eviction process • Other duties and projects as assigned
