Must live on site, home provided in the park Inside person: * Collects debit & credit payments from tenants at set hours * Posts ads on craigs list, Facebook and similar advertising (good computer skills required) * Create advertising flyers to distribute to businesses in the area * Write up violations to give to tenants ( grass, non working cars, skirting, deck repair, etc. Outside person: * Cuts all vacant lots * Street repair * Fence repair * Cure violations that were not done by tenants in time stated * Clean out vacant homes for rehab * Daily trash pick up * Spray weed killer on all vacant lots and entrance * Read water meter once a month at each home
