Park manager needed for: * Creative advertising on all Media sites ( Face Book, Craigs list etc) * Collection of rents at office * Availability for tenants to fill applications during the week and weekends ( most are by appointment) * Give violations to tenants every week for various lease violations This job requirs many skills to deal with many personalities of the tenants and must be a pro active person with a desire to communicate directly with the tenants vs posting a violation on the door, texting etc. This is an on site job (home provided) The ideal candidate would have his or her partner having a job outside the park.
