Mobile Marketing Manager; SMS

The SMS Mobile Marketing is responsible for driving our mobile marketing strategy and managing the SMS, Push Notification and Inbox Messaging marketing channels. Mobile Marketing Manager Responsibilities Mobile Strategy & Channel Management: Drive mobile marketing strategy and manage the SMS, Push Notification, and Inbox Messaging channels to maximize enrollment, engagement & retention.Customer Contact Strategy: Define customer contact strategies including preferred content, frequency & channel and deliver personalized, cross-channel customer experiences.Calendar & Audience Planning: Manage the calendar of broadcast mobile campaigns (e.g. product drops, promotions, etc.) ).Briefing: Prepare and deliver briefs to secure copy/creative for mobile marketing campaigns and initiatives.Campaign Management: Plan and analyze mobile marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion online and in-store.Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of mobile marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests & manage the annual testing roadmap to optimize program performance.Enrollment: Develop and execute strategies to drive enrollment online and in-store.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Dev, App, Tech, Marketing Ops, Creative, Copy, Loyalty, Retail, Legal & moreCompliance: Ensure mobile marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and best practices in partnership with Legal.Competitive Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the mobile marketing programs.Mobile Marketing Manager Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of marketing experience; Consumer brand experience is preferredExperience managing enterprise-level mobile marketing channels including SMS & Push Notifications requiredExperience in retail industry preferredExperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud a HUGE plusExperience with Airtable and Tableau preferredIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
