About The RoleThe Senior Advertising Manager’s primary responsibility is to work client‑facing, with a specific book of commerce clients to create, manage, optimize, report on, and present full‑funnel marketing campaigns.In this role, you will work directly with a variety of large Brands across multiple global Amazon markets and different product categories.You will also play a major role in crafting budget strategies, driving sales, and enhancing brand awareness on Amazon, Walmart and other commerce platforms.ResponsibilitiesOwn Amazon search and display (DSP/OTT) performance advertising for an assigned set of clientsCreate, implement, manage, and report on advertising strategies that align with client goalsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize performance for the client’s businessProactively research industry trends and best practices and communicate internally to, and share, knowledgeEngage frequently and professionally with clients via email, Slack, phone, and in‑person video meetingsStrategic thinking, detail‑oriented execution, and insightful data analysis to identify areas of opportunity and deliver sales‑driving initiativesUtilize Amazon Attribution and Amazon Marketing Cloud to gain additional insights to increase performanceMentor more junior Advertising ManagersAbout YouThe essentialsAmazon Performance Advertising experience with knowledge of developing strategic full‑funnel strategies to grow brands4+ years’ experience with Amazon digital advertising; with an emphasis on paid search and display advertisingStrong large‑client facing experienceAmazon advertising accreditation at the date of hire or commitment for accreditation within 30 days of hireExperience with Amazon SaaS Advertising TechnologiesAdvanced understanding of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word or Google Slides, Docs and SheetsExcellent attention to detail and accomplished verbal and written communication skillsAnalytical and strategic capabilitiesMultitasking expertise with the ability to organize projects and establish prioritiesNot a Must, But a PlusAgency experience with a focus on Amazon programmatic display advertising, Amazon Demand Side Platform and Amazon searchAdept at learning new software programs and tools and incorporating AI into workflowsExperience using bid management toolsAdditional marketplace experience such as Walmart, Target, InstacartBenefitsExcellent, full coverage medical, dental, and vision insuranceGenerous PTO and 15 company‑wide holidays401k with company contributionPaid parental leaveWork‑life balance with an emphasis on personal well‑beingCareer growth in a disruptor space & entrepreneurial opportunities within the Monks networkA globally diverse & inclusive culture with employee resource groups such as S4 Melanin, Pride.Monks, Cultura.Monks, and more!Authentic commitment to DEI efforts and sustainable growthSalary Range: $81,000—$97,000 USDThis role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy.
