Communicate with all parties on required documentation required to process and fund the loans Maintain effective follow up to make sure you receive the required documentation Excellent communication skills and Client relationships Obtain and review required loan documentation and submit complete loan packages to Underwriting/ Loan Officer for approval. Obtain and verify that all underwriting conditions are received and cleared by the underwriter and prepares the file for submission to the Closing Department.
