Primary Functions: Provide assistance to originator in the origination and processing of mortgage loans. Input the loan application, print out applicable origination documentation and required disclosures, obtain borrowers’ signatures as required and review documentation for accuracy and completeness. Perform tasks directly or indirectly related to marketing and advertising. Perform other duties as assigned. Personal computer skills required and the ability to quickly learn the mortgage origination related programs.
