Communicate with all parties on required documentation required to process and fund the loans Maintain effective follow up to make sure you receive the required documentation Gather information to clear underwriting conditions. Requirements include: Proficient Computer Skills Basic understanding of the real estate and mortgage banking industry Excellent communication skills and Client relationships 1 year minimum Experience ( cold calling, loan processing, loan submittal) Experience: Obtain and review required loan documentation and submit complete loan packages to Underwriting/ Loan Officer for approval. Excellent customer service skills Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment High level of honesty and integrity How many years of Mortgage experience do you have?
