Multi-Media Account Executive

Cumulus Media | Myrtle Beach has an immediate opening for a full-time Media Account Executive. You will have the opportunity to use your passion for digital and audio marketing to develop personalized, innovative, full-scope advertising solutions to meet the marketing needs of new and existing clients through the integration of digital products and services to coincide with our robust radio asset offerings. The right individual will invest in personal professional development, understanding technology, marketing and the full suite of company products and services. Key Responsibilities: • Excel at prospecting and aggressively seeking new clientele by networking, cold calling, canvassing, referrals, or other means to build and maintain a full pipeline of sales prospects • Able to identify client business needs by gaining a deep understanding of their goals, objectives, and processes as well as their external environment including key market and consumer trends to proactively develop customized advertising solutions to meet client objectives • Deliver effective multi-platform, integrated sales presentations (broadcast, digital, events); negotiation and closing • Creative spark - the ability to design, create and deliver customized advertising proposals / presentations and generate original ideas • Gain referral business by providing support, information, and guidance, qualitative research and recommending new opportunities for profit and/or service improvements • Deliver exceptional customer service • Beyond our broadcast products, must have strong familiarity and become full versed in selling both Cumulus' station digital assets (e.g., streaming, stations website and social advertising) and digital audience extension products to deliver a complete marketing solution to advertisers • Follow all station and corporate procedures for preparing orders, resolving billing issues, submitting regular reports regarding sales, pipeline lists, forecasts, and competitive analysis • Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Cumulus in the marketplace For immediate consideration, please visit https://jobs.cumulusmedia.com/jobs For more information about Cumulus Media, visit our website at: https://www.cumulusmedia.com/
