Multi Media Advertising Sales Manager

This position will lead the advertising sales efforts for APG Media of the Chesapeake LLC consisting of thirteen newspapers, nine websites, and four niche magazines. This position will manage the advertising strategy, both from a business, sales and technical perspective. • This position will come with a plan of action to grow the digital revenue and to motivate staff in weekly 1 x 1 meetings. • This position will provide vacation and illness relief for their direct reports. • Specific management experience in the following: Retail Sales, Digital Sales and Inside Sales is a plus.
