Minkin Management, Inc is looking for an energetic and experienced Director of Sales to join our team and lead the Sales and Marketing efforts for three properties with different flags all located within the Johnson Creek / Watertown areas. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, directing work, and appraising performance of associates. • Oversees the activities of staff members in order to ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures. • 5+ years of hotel sales experience required. • Prior hotels sales management or Director of Sales/Sales Manager experience highly preferred.
