SD Multifamily Management is actively searching for an enthusiastic Community Manager to oversee our beautiful 80 unit La Mesa apartment community. While multifamily property management isn't required, it is definitely preferred. The Community Manager, with the assistance of, and guidance from our management team will be responsible for the day to day operations of the community, including but not limited to, financial reporting, rent collection, resident retention, advertising and leasing, maintenance requests and the scheduling of maintenance turnovers.
