You will be the first point of contact with prospective residents, current residents, vendors or Fairfield associates. Manage the leasing, closing and move in process with our new residents. You must be quick to determine the customer's needs, resolve and/or escalate to a higher level as permitted. Fostering new relationships with our customers is vital to the success of this position.
