Multimedia Account Executive: TV + Digital Advertising Sales

As a Multimedia Account Executive, you'll partner with local businesses to create customized advertising strategies using one of the most comprehensive marketing portfolios in the industry. From broadcast television to streaming, search marketing, social media, connected TV, programmatic advertising, and our rapidly growing local digital platforms, you'll have the tools to help clients reach customers wherever they are. You'll represent some of Arkansas' most recognized local brands, including: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Mass Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience Experience in outside (B2B) Sales strongly preferred Strong sales insight and proficiency in all phases of the sales cycle, proactive outbound phone sales and new account development Ability to grow and maintain a consistent and robust sales funnel Ability to perform independently in a fast-paced, hyper-competitive sales environment Implements strategies to consistently grow revenue and exceed revenue goals Excellent interpersonal skills; positive, outgoing, sociable, and charismatic – you pride yourself on being able to strike up a conversation with anyone Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Develops advertising schedules with clients and station personnel responsible for placing advertising into station media Works with clients and station personnel to develop advertisements Sales experience preferred, but not required Fluency in English Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation Performs other duties as assigned Competitive pay with uncapped earning potential Professional growth opportunities Training by a seasoned management team Supportive leadership that are invested in the success of each of our team members A focused, responsible and collaborative work environment Recognition and reward for outstanding performance 401K with company match option to plan for the long-term Vacation & Holidays
