You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Key Responsibilities: • Drive revenue growth and meet quarterly targets through effective sales strategies • Create new business opportunities and deliver results for clients through innovative radio & digital campaigns • BUILD strong relationships with existing clients, colleagues, and station talent, ensuring timely preparation, delivery, and follow-through • Achieve revenue goals for existing, new, and digital/broadcast business, as well as station initiatives • Develop compelling proposals based on discovery meetings, utilizing cutting-edge research and creative ideas, along with robust broadcast and digital offerings • Monitor digital campaign pacing and effectiveness, identifying opportunities to optimize campaign performance and account growth • Present campaign results and key insights to clients, enabling upsell opportunities • Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies and provide necessary documentation for full payment of client schedules • Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions
