Multimedia Specialist

B-Squared Advertising is seeking a full-time Multimedia Specialist to support the execution of client marketing initiatives across social media and email campaigns as well as internal operations. Manage and schedule social media content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency with each client’s brand voice and strategyMaintain and update content calendars, coordinating deadlines, approvals and deliverables across teamsAssist in the creation, formatting, and deployment of eblasts and drip campaignsProvide administrative support including answering phones, directing inquiries and assisting with general office coordinationAssist in new business development, research and pitchesSupport account managers with project organization, meeting prep and internaldocumentationWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: Ability to multitask and succeed in a deadline oriented, fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and within a teamStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong interpersonal skills to interact with internal staffStrong work ethic and pride in delivering superior resultsREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree and/or 1-2 years industry experienceExpert in social media management, creation and deploymentFamiliarity with social media management tools and best practices for audience engagementPhoto, video and copywriting for social media and email marketingExperience managing business accounts on Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and PinterestProficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPointBENEFITS: Facebook Advertising: 1 year (Preferred)Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: In person
