Provide accurate spec sheets for contracted locations and shipping address information to customers supplying their own production materials Ensure posting instructions for national campaigns are provided in a timely manner by customers and are ready for distribution Audit posting instructions and creative file images from the customer for accuracy; resolve creative file issues accordingly, directly with the customer or the customer's design agency Distribute posting instructions and creative images to local sales offices for national campaigns Track production materials, maintain tracking logs, and digital schedule organization best practices for each campaign Execute a high volume of digital scheduling on a daily basis Compile and distribute status update reports for customers on a daily basis Troubleshoot and help solve production-related issues with external and internal customers and partners to ensure an on-time posting of national campaigns Identifies digital technical issues resulting in a delivery compromise, like board outages, and determines technical, local market, and client implications; takes action accordingly Anticipate problems, and communicate with customers, National Account Executives, Account Managers, and local Lamar offices Responsible for managing digital goods or service solutions for Lamar's technical failures.
