National Advertising Coordinator

TheHomeMag is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented National Advertising Coordinator to support our National Sales team and ensure the accurate, timely execution of National advertising orders across our markets. The National Advertising Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative workflow associated with National accounts, including order entry, CRM management, call tracking and reporting, ad proofing, documentation, and communication with team members across the organization. Provide National clients with timely, professional and responsive communication while representing TheHomeMag and the National team. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. The National Advertising Coordinator will play an important role in helping us deliver a consistent, accurate and professional experience to our National clients as our National business continues to grow.
