National Client Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic partner to the National Sales Team, the National Client Operations Specialist owns the end-to-end execution of national campaigns—from proposal development through launch, fulfillment, and post-campaign reporting. The role exercises independent judgment to align client and revenue objectives with operational delivery, driving accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless, high-quality client experience.

Job Responsibilities
• Execute high-quality, data-driven sales proposals in partnership with National Account Executives, Campaign Strategists, and Market Experts, ensuring alignment with client objectives, expectations, and business priorities.
• Apply judgment to align proposals with Clear Channel Outdoor pricing strategy and inventory guidelines while delivering solutions that meet client needs.
• Own the end-to-end campaign workflow, including routing, inventory reservations, revisions, approvals, and contract readiness, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal stakeholders and clients.
• Partner with local markets to secure inventory and validate feasibility of proposed plans, resolving constraints and optimizing campaign outcomes to meet client expectations.
• Manage post-sale execution, including contract oversight, fulfillment coordination, and adherence to service-level expectations, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on time for clients.
• Proactively communicate with Account Executives and internal stakeholders to manage revisions, optimizations, inventory approvals, and campaign updates, supporting clear, timely communication with clients.
• Monitor campaign delivery and performance by reviewing post-campaign reports, confirming proof of performance, and ensuring compliance with posting and take-down requirements, maintaining client confidence in campaign execution.
• Act as a client-facing partner to Account Executives, supporting client engagement and ensuring a high level of service by proactively addressing needs, resolving issues, and driving consistent, high-quality client experience throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Job Qualifications

Education and Certifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, advertising, media, marketing, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.

Work Experience
• 2+ years in media planning, advertising operations, sales support, campaign management, or similar environment.
• Experience working in deadline-driven, cross-functional settings.

Skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and workflows in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret client briefs, pricing guidelines, and inventory data to support development of effective campaign proposals.
• Solid understanding of basic financial concepts including rates, percentages, ratios, and pricing calculations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document proposal details, revisions, and cross-functional requirements.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify inconsistencies, errors, or gaps in proposal materials and proactively resolve them.
• Collaborative team player who works effectively across Sales, Market teams, Strategy, and Campaign Coordination to support successful campaign execution.
• Ability to prioritize competing requests and adapt quickly to shifting business needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (formulas and basic data analysis), PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM or project management systems.

Physical Demands
• Employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of eight hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands.

• Employee must have the ability to see written documents, computer screens, and to adjust focus.
• This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The Targeted Compensation Range for this New York position is: Min: $66,300 – Max: $80,000. Bonus eligible, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.

Ultimate compensation will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, skills, scope and responsibility of the position, as well as pursuant to salary market benchmarks. This salary range is a good‑faith estimate of the salary for this position.
