National Pre Sales Manager - Solar Sales

The primary role of the National Canvassing Manager are: Build and maintain culture in alignment with Orange Elephant's Purpose, Values & Vision Work with the Branch Managers and Outside Pre-Sales Canvassers on a day to day basis. Training, and management of Outside Pre-Sales Canvassers, as well as individual growth and development plans for each employee. Additionally, the National Canvassing Manager is responsible for overseeing the annual budget and plan (including sales revenue execution & spending), all personnel issues, relating to teams of canvassers in branches nationwide. National Canvassing Manager also works closely with executive team on projections, , marketing and advertising in support of canvassing goals. Training and support for National Canvassing Manager provided primarily by the Vice President of Sales.
