Need an eCommerce marketing EXPERT!

I am looking for someone who: Ad Testing early on with products is very important, and I want you to be able to know exactly what to do and how to get a great and very effective test set up properly. I want you to be super fluid in anything and everything eCommerce marketing. I am good at this too and have a team of people who can create things, but you need to know how to do this as well or at least know how to convey/communicate exactly what needs to get made. Anyone can whip up a social media campaign, but not everyone is an amazing outside the box/guerilla marketer, and this is the kind of person I want, in addition to your regular/traditional digital marketing experience.
