Position: Neighborhood Marketing Representative Company: Tip Top Wash

Tip Top Wash is a fast-growing exterior cleaning company serving the Greenville area. Our mission is to become the go-to provider for exterior cleaning by delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to help expand our presence in local neighborhoods through targeted community marketing.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys being outdoors, staying active, and being part of a growing company.

Responsibilities
• Distribute door hangers in targeted neighborhoods Track areas completed and maintain accurate distribution logs Return to neighborhoods where work is being completed to notify nearby residents Represent the company professionally in the community Communicate progress and feedback from neighborhoods

Compensation
• $20 per 100 door hangers distributed Plus Performance bonuses based on total hanger hung when leading a crew. Opportunity to grow into a larger role as the company expands

Schedule
• Part-time to start (approximately 10 hours per week) Opportunity to grow into a full-time position depending on performance this could happen very quickly

Ideal Candidate
• Reliable and self-motivated Comfortable walking several hours per day Detail-oriented and honest Enjoys working independently outdoors Positive attitude and strong work ethic
