Overview We are seeking a high-performance Sales & Marketing Consultant with a proven ability to generate and close new business. • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, appointment setting, discovery, presentation, and closing • Consult with business owners to assess needs and recommend tailored marketing solutions • Build and maintain a consistent, high-quality sales pipeline • Track all activities, opportunities, and communications within company CRM • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to maximize revenue and client retention • Collaborate closely with leadership (Director and VP of Growth & Marketing) to align on strategy and performance • Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets Who You Are • A disciplined self-starter with a strong work ethic • Energized by outbound prospecting and closing new business • Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven environment • Motivated by performance, growth, and earning potential Experience: • B2B sales: 2 years (Required) • Digital marketing: 1 year (Preferred) • Outbound calling: 2 years (Preferred)
