New Business Marketing Coordinator for Vacation Rentals PART-TIME – 2 or 3 days per week Location: Windy Hill - North Myrtle Beach, SC Responsibilities • Implement a Lead Generation Plan as directed by the New Business & Marketing Manager • Understand the new business goals and help implement and account for a digital marketing plan to achieve them • Create lead generation campaigns through Salesforce, track and report on results • Support our new business team with marketing analytics and various administrative support • Work with our new business team to maintain updated customer information inside our CRM • Social media account management for new business • Website and landing page creation, updating & maintenance as needed Skills and Qualifications Required: • Strong Communication Skills • Ability to creatively write content • Good understanding of social media platforms and how to create engaging content • Excellent Organizational Skills, ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines • Ability to work independently • Excellent knowledge of MS Office • Experience in Salesforce and/or Pardot or similar CRM • Experience with Adobe Suite and Canva • Experience with Google Analytics & Ads
