The sales assistant is the face of the company and must uphold company values. Facilitates the entire sales process by acting as liaison with customer and coordinating with all members of the sales/marketing, construction, customer service, design, mortgage, escrow and other administrative teams regarding homebuyer’s matters. Provides excellent customer service to homebuyers and internal customers. Maintains a professional demeanor with all internal and external customers. Must have ability to balance multiple priorities and assignments, be detail- oriented, and conscientious with a strong work ethic.
