This application must be submitted by March 17, 2021. • Maintains A3 measurements as directed • Researches customer needs and develops effective applications of our products and services • Communicates effectively the feedback and information collected regarding our products and services • Attends training and seminars to develop a sales network and industry expertise • Distributes literature and samples to customers • Meets with customers in showroom as needed • Maintains tracking of all customer and project information • Maintains and presents the highest standards of professionalism and ethics • Participates in sales forecasting and planning • Provides accurate job quotes, negotiates and closes contracts • Develops and maintains cooperative and professional communication with all staff • Supports all continuous improvement programs and company policies • Identifies and eliminates potential safety hazards in all work areas • Provides input on advertising as needed • Leads tours in slab yard and manufacturing facility • Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisor Physical Demands: • Stands and sits for extended periods of time • Sits and drives a motor vehicle for extended periods of time • Travels domestically as needed Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Sales • Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience Status: This is a full-time salaried position.
