With nearly 30 quarries across the U.S. and fabrication facilities in Minnesota, California, and New York, Coldspring primarily serves the memorial and commercial construction industries. Engaged employees are what has enabled Coldspring to solve the needs of our customers for over a century. • Maintains A3 measurements as directed • Researches customer needs and develops effective applications of our products and services • Communicates effectively the feedback and information collected regarding our products and services • Attends training and seminars to develop a sales network and industry expertise • Distributes literature and samples to customers • Meets with customers in the showroom as needed • Maintains tracking of all customer and project information • Maintains and presents the highest standards of professionalism and ethics • Participates in sales forecasting and planning • Provides accurate job quotes, negotiates and closes contracts • Develops and maintains cooperative and professional communication with all staff • Supports all continuous improvement programs and company policies • Identifies and eliminates potential safety hazards in all work areas • Provides input on advertising as needed • Leads tours in slab yard and manufacturing facility • Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisor Physical Demands: • Stands and sits for extended periods • Sits and drives a motor vehicle for extended periods • Travels domestically as needed Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Sales • Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience Status: This is a full-time salaried position.
