Our goal is to delight our customers throughout the process and every member of our team should strive to do their best to provide this type of experience for our homeowners. • Booking event attendees for an appointment with one of our amazing design consultants • Generate high-quality leads while engaging in door-to-door campaigning in assigned territory • Learn to deliver a pre-qualifying lead presentation to prospective homeowners • Provide daily reports of leads and appointments and attend team meetings • Maintain communication with the call center and sales team Requirements: • High School Diploma or Equivalent - (Minimum 18yrs of Age) • At least 1-2yrs of Customer Service Experience • Previous Door-to-Door Sales, Appointment Setting, or Event Experience is a Plus • Reliable Transportation for Commuting to Various Locations/Events in the Area • Availability to Work Flexible Schedule – Including Weekends • Comfortable walking throughout neighborhoods and the ability to walk outdoors for extended periods of time • Ability to set up, run, and break down events; and ability to lift 50 pounds • Interpersonal communication, social intelligence, charismatic personality, and people skills • Positive attitude, enthusiastic, professional, self-motivated, and willing to learn • *Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check** • *Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record** • *This Company Participates in E-Verify**
