Summary of Functions: Supervisory position with authority, responsibility, and accountability to plan, implement and monitor operations, profitability, quality service, marketing and resident relations of the property, while maintaining and increasing company investments. Maintains a positive attitude toward work and overall company policy. Supervises management of inventory systems in conjunction with maintenance supplies and personnel. Compliance with management company personnel and operations policy and procedures and compliance to company standards. Plans, promotes and implements effective resident retention programs in conjunction with HR Manager.
