Now Hiring District Director/Retail Operation

The position is a permanent position with benefits REPORTS TO: Vice President POSITION SUMMARY: Oversees the daily operation, production, merchandising and customer service of all assigned stores (seven or more) with the goal of making budget in both revenue and expenses. Develops and implements strategies, action plans, staffing and procedures to optimize processing of donations and maximize sales. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: This position has supervisory responsibilities over the retail, production, and e-commerce management team within the assigned geographical territory. At least five years of District Management experience with proven results managing multiple store locations. High level of organization skills.
