Cocktails Catering is a rapidly growing full service catering company. Everest Concepts LLC is looking for a staffing coordinator to join our rapid growing team. This person must be a great communicator, over the top friendly people person, extremely open minded and ready to dive right in as our event season is gearing up for this fall! • Responsible for bi-weekly payroll accuracy verification for payroll • Record contract attendance, communicate with director of operations should a contractor not show up or tardy for their assigned shift. • Responsible for employment advertising and assist in the recruiting process of new applicants • May be responsible for arranging transportation and/or carpool for contracts for events outside of 60 miles • Liaison between sales and in field team to ensure contract details are correct.
