Our beautiful 3.5-acre, nursery has been growing and we are now ready to partner with the right individual to assist in opening our nursery to landscape professionals and the community. One of our goals is to promote education to the community on drought tolerant and sustainable gardening. Duties include but not limited to: • Customer sales and service with a smile and great attitude. • Employee hiring, training, supervision, and assignment of duties. • Ensuring the nursery is beautifully maintained and well stocked • Oversee daily plant care and maintenance • Track orders and deliveries • Social media promotion and expansion of clientele base • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with our current and new vendors Qualifications: • Must be energetic, self-motivated and passionate about gardens, plants and people • Leadership experience in a retail or wholesale environment • Exceptional knowledge of plant identification and care • Familiar or willing to learn social media advertising Benefits: • Vacation & Holiday Pay • Medical Insurance • Potential for bonus pay and profit sharing Compensation: • Actual wages are highly dependent on experience.
