Great opportunity to join our dynamic team immediately! Genesis Construction Inc. is a local growing general contractor company looking for a Marketing and Social Media Specialist to help with the day-to-day office duties and advertising. We are looking for someone with prior knowledge of marketing skills, new ideas to bring into the company, previous office assistant experience, and proper/professional phone manners. Primary Job Responsibilities: • Take and post photos of projects before/after and completed results • Run Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Next-door social media accounts • Write blog posts for website and magazine ads • Answer, screen, and announce/transfer inbound phone calls • Take leads • Greet and announce visitors • Support the owner, accountant, production manager/ sales manager/field reps, and other team members with ordering materials, communication with clients, and other tasks. • Perform a variety of clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and collating • Help project managers apply for permits • Call in inspections for projects Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft – Word, Excel, Outlook • Knowledge of Photoshop, Acrobat, and other Adobe software • Experience with social media platforms • Strong communication skills • High attention to detail • Good organizational skills • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Hours: Full-Time / Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm Please email your resume with your work history and references included.
