Maintain proper compliance documentation for all AP transactions to audit level standards Assist Sales Manager with social media and marketing campaignsQualifications: Experience: Accounts payable processes with a strong focus on 3-way matching Office administrative role supporting the complex and changing needs of a small business Education: Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Equivalent work experience will be considered. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
