We are a fast-paced screen printing and apparel shop focused on delivering high-quality custom products and great customer service. We work with businesses, schools, teams, events, and organizations to create custom apparel and promotional items.

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to help manage daily office operations, customer communication, order coordination, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable multitasking, and able to thrive in a production-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiriesProcess customer orders and maintain accurate recordsCoordinate with production staff on job schedules and deadlinesPrepare invoices, quotes, and purchase ordersTrack inventory and office suppliesAssist with data entry and filingSchedule customer pickups and deliveriesMaintain organized workflow between sales and production teamsHandle basic bookkeeping and payment processingSupport shop management with day-to-day administrative tasksQualifications

Previous office administration or customer service experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and manage deadlinesExperience with invoicing or order management systems is a plusKnowledge of screen printing, apparel decoration, or production environments is helpful but not requiredPositive attitude and strong attention to detailCompensation & Benefits
