It’s a fast-paced office, and we need you to be extremely accurate with data entry, be able to understand a customer's needs and (after training, of course) be able to prepare the correct documents and properly handle the processes associated with ongoing company administration needs. It’s absolutely imperative that you be able and willing to learn, continuously, for the entire time you are with us. There’s always something new and different popping up, and also there are a lot of moving parts; customers will be asking for a lot of different things, some of which we can help with and some we cannot. Company records: input information about the companies we set up and maintain, and update as necessary Company filings: prepare file various corporate filings with the State of New York and other states Prepare invoices for annual services Prepare legal advertising for LLCs formed in New York State Contact and assist clients with the filing of annual reports in Delaware, California and other states Process and forward mail received on behalf of our clients Assist co-workers with their clerical and other duties Answer phone inquiries and assist customers Again, we provide paid training because no one starts this job knowing how to do these things Qualifications: Problem solver: Able to confront complex situations and bring people together to craft solutions Communicator: Able to influence others through strong, concise written and verbal communication; Empathetic: Able to anticipate and understand the needs of the team and customers Organized: Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systemsCreate an account to see the full posting, access our search engine, and more.
