Office Administrator

We are Valpak, A local advertising and marketing company that has been here in Boise for over 35 years. We are hiring a local Office Administrator / Marketing Assistant.

Your position would include Customer Service, Accounts Receivable and General Office.

2 years of experience in QuickBooks Online, Accounts Receivable/Payable and payroll preparation, or as demonstrated by work experience and education.
Sound knowledge of cash management principles and account balancing
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Customer relationship management includes assisting with our clients ad designs, proofing and analysis of their promotions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Previous accounting, office, or administrative experience preferred

Excellent time management and organization skills are a must.

$18.00 - $22.00/Hr plus bonuses and incentives
