About the Role FT Media is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Part-Time Office Manager to support the agency's internal operations. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, ideal for a self-starter who can work independently and keep the office running smoothly behind the scenes.This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, accountability, discretion, and strong problem-solving skills. Process bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll for all employees and contractors in a timely and accurate manner Verify timesheets, hours worked, and pay rates prior to each payroll run Ensure proper tax withholdings, deductions, and employer contributions are applied Submit payroll through the designated payroll platform (Paychex) Address payroll questions or discrepancies from employees promptly and professionally Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare reports as needed 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or office management Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop Hands-on experience processing payroll using a payroll platform (ADP, Paychex, or similar) Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and payroll tax requirements Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) values: Growth, Integrity, Accountability, Next Level, and Teamwork
